Kick streamer OnyxDenji beaten during Brockton livestream after alleged racial slur
Video from an Oct. 14 IRL stream appears to show the streamer assaulted and his phone taken after a fried-chicken "giveaway" turned into a confrontation. No police statement or arrest has been reported.

A livestreamer who goes by OnyxDenji on the platform Kick was beaten during an in-person broadcast in Brockton, Massachusetts, on Tuesday, Oct. 14, according to video circulating online and reports from several entertainment and streaming news sites.
Footage shared widely on X appears to show him walking through a neighborhood with a box of fried chicken, offering it to people on the sidewalk. Reports say the encounter turned physical after he allegedly directed a racial slur at a Black man.
What the video appears to show
According to reconstructions by Hypefresh and VidMax:
- The streamer approached several men with offers of food and kept filming after residents told him to stop recording and leave the area.
- When one man returned the food, the streamer allegedly escalated with insults and used a racial slur on the live feed.
- A bottle was reportedly thrown, and the streamer was struck repeatedly near a stone wall and parked cars, per Bounce Feed.
- His phone was reportedly taken during the scuffle, and the broadcast cut out. Afterward he can be heard threatening to call police.
New England Press has not independently verified the full footage or what happened before and after the clip.
The platform response
Sportskeeda, as cited by Hypefresh, reported that OnyxDenji's Kick channel appeared to be suspended and no longer loaded. Kick has not publicly confirmed any penalty or its reason, in any coverage we found.
Part of a "nuisance streaming" trend
Commentators online linked the stunt to provocative IRL streams associated with ChudTheBuilder, a format where broadcasters deliberately provoke people in public and film the reaction. Clips of the Brockton encounter have drawn millions of views, with reactions split between condemning the streamer's language and condemning the street violence.
