When we get it wrong.

We correct errors of fact promptly and transparently.

• Corrections: factual errors are fixed in the story, with a note at the bottom saying what changed and when.
• Clarifications: when a story was accurate but unclear or missing context, we add a note explaining the update.
• Updates: developing stories may be updated with new information; we mark the time of the update.

We don't quietly delete stories. Removal happens only in rare cases (legal or safety issues) and is noted.
